before i go for three weeks...
i'm sure i will be able to keep in touch in cases of emergencies, but i just got an international sim card so i can talk to you if its really important. just email me for the number.
does anyone have any suggestions for things to do in london/dublin/ireland/venice/nice/paris/france/etc etc? i'm all ears.
thanks for everyone wishing me a happy birthday. its great to know so many people care (and its also really overwhelming). some crazy friends from columbia (the university) got an entire, packed bar to sing my happy birthday. i'm not kidding, 100+ people from various nationalities singing "happy birthday to timmy." the festivies were spread over tuesday and wednesday, for wednesday was the carlsberg brewery tour. but i'm not going to indulge on that for sake of not turning this blog into my decline into alcoholism (which may or may not have already begun).
anyways, wish me luck on my travels. i will be thinking about you and your boring professions as i visit exotic lands and meet beautiful women. ta-ta!

The London Eye is kind of expensive, but you get really sweet views of everything from up there. You should also check out Camden and the markets in North London (Camden Town stop on the Tube).
In Paris, there's this place that sells the best ice cream in the world. It's down a side street near the Bastille, but that's all I remember.

PS- I am jealous of your Denmark semester! Sounds like it's an incredible experience.
If you make it down to Rome (and let's be honest, you definitely should) one of the most amazingly creepy slash random slash awesome things is the Capuchini Bone Chapel. Go to the Capuchin Crypt on Via Veneto near the Barbarini Square. I'll say no more. You're in for a treat.

The Tower of London is really cool. So is Hyde Park. You'd absolutely love Camden Market. It's right up your Salvation Army alley, if you catch my drift. Lots of punks. You'll love it.
Also, have you gotten your headphones yet?
